Retail Items (Standard Collection)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of delivery to return any non-custom item purchased from our online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached to the product. Items with removed tags will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging: Please ensure the hat is returned in its original box (or a similarly sturdy one) to prevent any damage to its shape during transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"2-custom-hand-painted-\u03c0\u03c1\u03bf\u03ca\u03cc\u03bd\u03c4\u03b1\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Custom &amp; Hand-Painted Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that <strong>custom-made and hand-painted products are unique pieces<\/strong> created specifically for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for any custom or hand-painted orders once the process has started.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptions: Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if there is a verified manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"3-shipping-costs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
