At Athens Hat, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your fit. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we are here to help you with the return process.
1. Retail Items (Standard Collection)
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any non-custom item purchased from our online store.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached to the product. Items with removed tags will not be accepted.
- Packaging: Please ensure the hat is returned in its original box (or a similarly sturdy one) to prevent any damage to its shape during transit.
2. Custom & Hand-Painted Items
Please note that custom-made and hand-painted products are unique pieces created specifically for you.
- Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for any custom or hand-painted orders once the process has started.
- Exceptions: Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if there is a verified manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at athenshatgr@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
